HarmonaiHub is a community platform designed to connect like-minded individuals. The information and services provided are not substitutes for professional advice. The material is intended for educational purposes only and should not replace professional guidance.

2. Community Values and Guidelines

HarmonaiHub thrives as a community where members support each other. For our platform to remain a positive and enriching space, we've established these core guidelines that reflect our shared values:

• Keep it friendly - We encourage healthy debate, but always with respect. Express disagreements thoughtfully and consider whether your comment contributes positively to the discussion.
• Embrace diversity - Our community welcomes people of all backgrounds. We do not discriminate here and neither should you. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, nationality, age, sexuality, religion, disability, or gender identity has no place here.
• Maintain appropriate content - All shared content should be suitable for a professional environment. Respect personal boundaries and understand that not everyone wishes to continue conversations on external platforms.
• Be yourself - While you may choose a creative profile image or username, misrepresentation of your identity, particularly to mislead others, is prohibited.
• Responsible health discussions - Share your personal experiences and perspectives, but avoid presenting personal opinions as medical facts or claiming definitive treatments. Health decisions are deeply personal.
• No sales or promotions - To maintain an authentic community experience, commercial solicitations and promotional content are not permitted.

When you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please use the reporting tools within the app. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly. Users who engage in harassment, defamation, abuse, threats, or consistently violate our guidelines may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed from the platform at our discretion.

3. Eligibility and Age Restrictions

Age Requirement: HarmonaiHub is rated 17+ and intended for users who are at least 17 years of age. This app is not intended for children. By using HarmonaiHub, you represent and warrant that you are at least 17 years old.

In accordance with Apple App Store guidelines, HarmonaiHub contains content and features that may not be suitable for users under 17 years of age, including user-generated content that may include mature themes and community discussions. Parents should use appropriate parental controls to restrict access to this application for younger users.

4. Account Registration

To access the platform, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our discretion.

5. Community Guidelines

HarmonaiHub is intended to be a safe and supportive space. Users must adhere to the following guidelines:

• Treat all members with respect and dignity
• Do not post content that is harmful, offensive, or discriminatory
• Do not share personal medical advice or present opinions as medical facts
• Respect the privacy of other members
• Do not use the platform to advertise or solicit

6. Content Moderation

We moderate after material has been posted and then decide whether it is suitable to remain. The moderators monitor the HarmonaiHub app, but we cannot be online 24 hours a day and users may post inappropriate material. By using HarmonaiHub, you agree to the following terms regarding content moderation:

• We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users
• All content is subject to moderation
• Users can report objectionable content through the app
• Users can block other users who engage in abusive behavior
• We will review and act on reports within 24 hours
• We reserve the right to remove content or restrict users without prior notice
• If you discover content which puts members in danger, please contact us immediately

7. Prohibited Content

The following content is prohibited:

• Hate speech or discriminatory content
• Harassment or bullying
• Explicit or adult content
• Illegal activities or content
• Spam or advertising
• Misinformation or harmful advice
• Content that violates others' intellectual property rights

8. Reporting and Safeguarding

If you encounter objectionable content:

• Use the report feature in the app
• Block users who engage in abusive behavior
• For urgent safeguarding concerns, contact us at contact@harmonaihub.com
• In case of emergency, please contact local emergency services

Please understand that we may not be able to remove or edit messages immediately.

9. Consequences

Violation of these terms may result in:

• Content removal
• Temporary restriction of account features
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal action if necessary

You acknowledge that HarmonaiHub has the right to delete an account without prior notice or reason and that HarmonaiHub's decision to remove or ban an individual from using the app is final.

10. User-Generated Content

Any content you upload or share through HarmonaiHub ("Your Content") will be your responsibility, and any rights in Your Content will remain owned by you. By uploading or sharing Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, publish, reproduce, and distribute Your Content in connection with the app's services.

11. Intellectual Property

The HarmonaiHub app, including its content, features, and functionality, is owned by HarmonaiHub and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without explicit permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

HarmonaiHub and its services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We will not be liable for any damages or loss, direct or indirect, resulting from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other matter for which we are not permitted to exclude liability under applicable law.

13. Offline Meetups

Please exercise common sense and good judgment when considering offline meetups arranged through HarmonaiHub. We do not conduct background checks on members and take no responsibility for members' interactions away from the app. HarmonaiHub is not a party to any offline arrangements made through the app.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the app. Your continued use of HarmonaiHub after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
